Vendor Information Festival Date and Hours click here to download our vendor application The Vendors will be available August 28th 2021 – 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. All Exhibitors must operate and staff their booths during all hours of the show. Entry Guidelines and Disclaimers Entry Fee will be $125 for 10×10 space, $200 for 10 x 20 space. Completed applications must be received by August 1, 2021. Vendor spaces are limited, we recommend you apply early to guarantee a spot.
Set up will begin at 8:00 a.m. on August 28. Take down will not be permitted before 5 p.m.
All work displayed is at the vendor’s own risk. South Niagara Canoe Club and the Welland International Flatwater Center are not responsible for theft or damage.
Certificate of insurance will be required.
Return of the entry form and payment signifies acceptance of these rules.
Receipts will be emailed to all vendors.
This is an outdoor festival- Shelter and tables will not be provided for your displays
