Recreational Dragon Boat  "Canal Dragons"

Our recreational program is ideal for families and individual athletes whether you are a beginner, a high-performance athlete or somewhere in between. The focus is developing paddling skills, fitness and fun. Racing is always optional. If you want to step it up,  click here for information about our Competitive Dragon Boat program.

In a regular paddling season, we offer a variety of packages for your convenience. However, during Covid-19 there have been several restrictions. If a session below does not suit your needs, please contact  Perhaps we can work something out for you.

All equipment is supplied. Due to Covid-19, if you do have a life jacket please come with it.

Due to Covid-19 Dragon Boat Programs have been scheduled to possibly begin in July. This date may move in either direction. The price will be prorated accordingly. Prorated fees available for late registration while space is available. Contact for late registration. 


Summer On-water Session

July 5 - September 15, Mondays and Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm

September 20 - October 29, start and end times daylight dependent

(Saturdays 10 - 11 am may be added based on registration numbers)

Winter Session

January - March, Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00 pm



Summer On-water Session  $85. per person

Winter Session  $220. per person (in the tank WIFC)

Drop-in Fee  Member - Summer $5, Winter $10.

                  Non-member - Summer $10, Winter $20.

  • Hope Floats Breast Cancer Survivor Crew  
This crew is for breast cancer survivors of all ages and abilities.  To join, please register for Recreational or High Performance Dragon Boat and click Yes when asked if you would like to be a part of our Hope Floats BCS Crew.  
     - Please email for specifics related to when you can safely join post treatment.  

Member Programs  

SNCC is a club and to participate in any of our on-water member programs you must have an annual membership.  The annual membership fee is $95.00.  We offer a family membership for $170.00 for up to 6 family members.   This is to be paid once per year and allows the member to register and partake in our different member programs and allows each member voting privileges at the club annual general meeting.    We prorate membership fees for new members only.
