NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF SOUTH NIAGARA CANOE CLUB (hereinafter called the “Corporation”)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held at Welland Civic Centre, 60 East Main Street, Welland, Ontario, on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 2019 at 6:30 pm, for the purpose of:

(a) Receiving the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the year ended the 31st day of October, 2018;

(b) Electing the directors;

(c) Appointing accountants for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix their remuneration;

(d) Transacting such further or other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof;

2. The Secretary of the Corporation has caused to be sent to each person entitled thereto, this notice of meeting in the prescribed form.

3. The record date for determining those persons entitled to notice of such meeting has been determined to be the 1 st day of March, 2019.
