Indoor training is a great way to get a jump on increasing your fitness levels and practicing your stroke.    The workout consists of 45 minutes in the gym & 45 minutes in the paddle tank.

Please feel free to bring a friend, our recreational dragon boat crews practice together all winter in the tank, and throughout the on-water season.    Our mixed rec crew Canal Dragons welcomes new paddlers all year round and practices with Hope Floats both on the water and in the tank.

Wear work-out clothes and bring indoor shoes and a refillable water bottle.
