(arrive at 6:15 please)
Winter Session for Recreational Dragon Boat begins on January 2nd on Mondays and Wednesdays until the end of March. If you enjoy this session, we invite you to join us for the remainder of the season. See the Winter Session event details here
Indoor training is a great way to get a jump on increasing your fitness levels and practicing your stroke. The workout consists of 45 minutes in the gym & 45 minutes in the paddle tank.
Please feel free to bring a friend. Our mixed rec crew Canal Dragons and our Breast Cancer Survivor Crew, Hope Floats, welcomes new paddlers all year round and practices together both on the water and in the tank. Practicing and racing together makes it ideal for a family & friend recreational activity.
Wear work-out clothes and bring indoor shoes and a refillable water bottle.
