Dragon boat is for adults of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. It is a team sport with crews up to twenty paddlers. If you have never paddled a dragon boat, you are encouraged to jump right in or attend FREE Learn to Paddle sessions here.

The 2023 Canadian Dragon Boat Championships took place on our home course, the Welland International Flatwater Center.
