SNCC has member and non-member Sprint Canoe/Kayak and Dragon Boat programs suited to those trying a boat for the first time, Olympic hopefuls and everyone in between. Sprint Canoe/Kayak is an Olympic sport that combines strength, endurance, and technique for singles and crew boats. Dragon Boat Paddling is a team sport with crews of up to 20 paddlers. 2021 will see the introduction of single boat Outrigger Canoe. Outrigger Canoeing is a racing sport in which canoes with lateral floats called outriggers fastened to the hull is used for racing.

SNCC provides PFD’s for all participants, however it is encouraged for individuals to bring their own.
SNCC is a club and to participate in any of our member programs you must have an annual membership. The annual membership fee for the 2021 season is $95. Family memberships are available, $170 for up to 6 family members.
Our membership year is May 1 - April 30. New member fees are prorated.
Membership fees are not subject to hst. Members can register and partake in all programs and have voting privileges at the Club's Annual General Meeting. Click here for a list of local discounts extended to SNCC members. When registering for member programs second family member receives a 10% discount, all subsequent family members receive a 25% discount (discount to be applied to the program of equal or lesser value).
Members are required to pay an additional $50 to opt out of the volunteer commitments, or commit to volunteer hours as per the SNCC Volunteer Policy.
