SNCC’s Paracanoe program is taught by our experienced instructors in a safe and fun environment.

Paracanoe is an adaptive paddling program that offers on and off water activities to both youth and adults with a physical disability (mobility impairment, amputation, Cerebral Palsy, CMT disease, etc). The goal of the program is to introduce the participant to the sports of sprint kayak and sprint canoe at a recreational level, teaching them in a fun and safe environment. If interested there is opportunity to compete at regional, provincial and national levels, please ask your instructor for more information.  


Requirements: 

  • Must be 20 years old and be a registered member of SNCC

    Program Schedule: No practices on Holidays

    Spring Schedule

    • Tuesday & Thursday at 10:00 - 11:30 pm & Saturday at 12:00 - 1:30 pm


    Summer Schedule: 

    • Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 - 8:00 pm & Saturday at 10:30 - 12:00 pm

    Autumn Schedule: 

    • Saturday 10:30 - 12:00 pm

    Winter Schedule: 

    • tbd

    Pricing: 

    • Spring Session:  3 x per week, May 17 -  June 30   $110
    • Summer Session:  3 x per week,  July 5 -  August 30 $130
    • Autumn Session : 1 x per week,  September 13 - October 29  $85
    • Winter Session:   tbd

      Prorated fees available for late registrations while space is available.  Contact registrar@sncc.ca for late registration.
