    Canal Dragons & Hope Floats

    Competitive and recreational athletes.

    We focus on fitness, paddling technique and fun.

    All genders, ages and fitness levels welcome. 


    Due to covid-19 Dragon Boat  programming will be mostly off-water training.  Multiple off-water exercise pods with an on-water pod for paddling technique in dragon boats. Physical distancing and mask wearing rules will be strictly enforced.


    Program Schedule: 

    Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00 pm

    One pod will be set up for a 6:45 pm start.

    Price:

    Pay as you go, collections by way of a 50/50 draw at each session. Bring your toonies!

    This date may move.  The price will be prorated accordingly and an invoice will be sent.

    August - September 29 - Mondays, Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm

    There are no practices on holidays.

    Price·   $75 +HST 

    Based on registration numbers, Saturdays may be an additional paddling option.

    This inclusive dragon boat session is designed for Special Needs individuals, employing the Paddles UP! Unlimited special needs coaching techniques. 

    Family and friends are welcome to paddle or watch. 

    Friday evenings 6:30 - 7:45 pm.

     August 6  - August 27,  $20

    The grand finale will be a racing day Saturday, August 28.
