Ages 10 - 15
This winter come join South Niagara Canoe Club for our off-season program where we will be working on strength and fitness as well as the technical aspect of the kayak and canoe stroke. This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months.
All participants must provide proof of covid-19 vaccination.

Specific dates and workouts can change at the coaches discretion.
Payment may be made in installments.
No practices on holidays: Christmas, New Years, Family Day
Developmental is 1 session per week

Schedule: Mondays December 6th through 20th 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Monday January 27th 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Wednesdays January 3rd - March 28th 4:00 - 5:30 pm
In the paddle tank and gym at the Welland International Flatwater Centre. Arrive at 4:15. Note: Paddle tank sessions move from Mondays to Wednesdays beginning January 3rd
Developmental Plus is our developmental program plus an additional 1 - 4 sessions per week with our High Performance athletes and is for those paddlers who completed a developmental program or equivalent and want to transition to racing.
Price:
$220 includes Paddle tank plus 1 addtional session per week
$280 includes Paddle tank plus 2 additional sessions per week
$340 includes Paddle tank plus 3 additional sessions per week
$400 includes Paddle tank plus 4 additional sessions per week
