Masters Canoe/Kayak

Ages 20+

This winter come join  South Niagara Canoe Club for our off-season program where we will be working on strength and fitness as well as the technical aspect of the kayak and canoe stroke. This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months. This program uses the kayak shell and shares the facilities with High Performance and Developmental Kayak athletes.  

Schedule and Member Price

Specific dates and workouts can change at the coaches discretion. 

No practices on holidays: Christmas, New Years, Family Day

Member Price: $160

Schedule: Mondays 4:00 - 5:30 pm

In the paddle tank and gym at the Welland International Flatwater Centre.  Arrive at 3:45

All registrants must be fully vaccinated. Covid-19 rules must be followed at all times.
