This winter come join South Niagara Canoe Club for our off-season program where we will be working on strength and fitness.  This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months.  

High Performance is for athletes who are interested in competition and reaching their full potential. This winter program has 8-10 workouts/week.

Schedule & Member Price:  Payment may be made in installments

No practices on holidays:  Family Day Feb 20th & Good Friday Apr 7th

No practices during the Christmas break.

High Performance is 8-10 sessions per week.   $525 plus HST  See below for schedule.

Wednesday-Run A.M./WIFC 4:30-6:00 p.m.

Thursday-Weights 4:30/WIFC 6:00 -7:30 p.m.

Friday-Run 6:30 a.m./GYM Centennial High School 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Saturday-Weights and Run 9:00 a.m. SNCC
