Masters Canoe/Kayak

Ages 20+

This winter come join  South Niagara Canoe Club for our off-season program where we will be working on strength and fitness as well as the technical aspect of the kayak and canoe stroke. This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months. This program uses the kayak shell and shares the facilities with High Performance and Developmental Kayak athletes.  

Schedule and Member Price

Specific dates and workouts can change at the coaches discretion. 

No practices during the Christmas break.

No practice on Family Day-February 20th and Good Friday-April 7th.

3-4 sessions per week

Member Price: $300 plus HST

Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 pm WIFC

Thursday-6:00-7:30 p.m. WIFC 

Friday-6:00-7:30 p.m. Centennial High School gym

Saturday-9:00-11:00 a.m. Weights and Run at SNCC
