U14 & U16 Canoe/kayak winter 2023

Ages 10 - 15

This winter come join  South Niagara Canoe Club for our off-season program where we will be working on strength and fitness as well as the technical aspect of the kayak and canoe stroke. This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months.

Specific dates and workouts can change at the coaches discretion. 

Payment may be made in installments.

No practices during the Christmas break.

No practice on Family Day-February 20th and on Good Friday-April 7th.

U14/U16 will have 3-4 sessions per week

Price: $300 plus HST

Tuesday-5:30-7:00 p.m. WIFC (Welland International Flatwater Centre)

Wednesday -4:30-6:00 p.m. WIFC (Optional)

Thursday-4:30-6:00 p.m. WIFC

Friday-6:00-7:30 p.m. Centennial High School Gym-240 Thorold Rd., Welland
