10:00 am – arrive on site

10:00 – 10:05 am – fit for life jackets and paddles

10:05 – 10:20 am- on land instructions and warm up

10:20 -10:30 – load the boats

10:30 - 11:20 - on water

11:20 - 11:30 - disembark, cool down stretches on land, put equipment away
