If you are not able to bring a dish or beverage to the potluck, please contribute to the cost of holding this event.
Salad or appetizer
Tablecloths and centrepieces
Tablecloths large enough to fit a round table for 8 persons. About 10-12 tablecloths and 10-12 centrepieces.
Volunteer for clean up
Includes clearing tables, taking down Christmas decorations, putting away tables and chairs at the end of the night.
Volunteer for set up
Includes setting up tables and chairs, setting up the food and drink station.

Time to celebrate a successful season of paddling in 2024 with a potluck party! Awards will be presented to some of our deserving athletes! Come and support one another and your achievements.

Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Place: Royal Canadian Legion, Welland Branch 4,

383 Morningstar Avenue.

Free parking in the back.

Register with what you are able to bring. If you are unable to bring a dish or beverage, please contribute $25 to the cost of holding this event, or volunteer for clean up/set up duties.

High school students in need of volunteer community hours can show up early or stay late to help with set up and clean up. Contact Kathleen Reardon for more information at admin@sncc.ca.

As of November 26, there are:

8 people bringing an appetizer, salad, or side dish
5 people bringing main dishes
6 people bringing desserts
3 people bringing beverages
5 volunteers to help with set-up before the event
1 volunteer to help with clean-up after the event

Thank you all for your generosity! While registration for this event is limited to one option, all are welcome to bring a dish AND volunteer. Many hands make light work.
