11:00 arrival @ South Niagara Canoe Club

16 Townline Tunnel Road, Welland, Ontario

Gather at the white dome building near the north side of the parking lot.

11:00 - 11:10 split into two groups of two teams

11:10 - 11:25 life jackets and paddles to the first two teams

11:30 on the water with the first group.

11:30 - 11:55 learn to paddle  25 minutes

11:55 - 12:05  one 200 meter race 10 minutes

12:05 - 12:20  switch out  15 minutes - first groups gives their life jackets and paddles to 2^nd group

12:20 - 12:45 learn to paddle second group how to paddle 25 minutes

12:45 - 12:55  one 200 meter race  10 minutes

12:55 - 1:10  switch out boats 15 minutes

1:10 - 1:30 race off for 1^st and 2^nd (up to three races - best 2 out of 3)  20 minutes

1:30 - 1:40 switch off    10 minutes

1:40 - 2:00 race off for 3^rd and 4^th (up to three races - best 2 out of 3)  20 minutes
