Canal Dragons Mixed Dragon Boat Crew include our Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat Crew, Hope Floats.  


Winter session 2022/2023

This is an excellent program to build on your strength, fitness  and technique through the winter to prepare for the on-water season. 

90 minute sessions split between the gym and paddle tank.

This program is focused on fitness, stroke development and technique.


Athletes may participate in 1,2 or 3 sessions per week.  

Saturday sessions are recommended for athletes that want to step it up a notch and are enthusiastic about racing.

No practices on holidays, December 24 through January 1 inclusive, February 20

Covid-19

If you are ill,  or have been exposed to covid-19, stay home. Attendance will be kept and if you are unable to attend practice in order to stop the spread of a respiratory disease covid, influenza or rsv we will credit your account to be used as a discount for on-water programming 2023.

Due to covid-19 variable restrictions and rules will be placed by all levels of government, the WIFC and SNCC.  All registrants must be fully vaccinated. Covid-19 rules must be followed at all times.  Click here for covid-19 rules.


Currently the Ontario government has lifted capacity restrictions.  However, we have set our own capacity limit to enable distancing. Masking is encouraged. Masking may be at times mandatory.
