This online workout led by Gwen Vernon, coach of Hope Floats Dragon Boat crew is designed for Breast Cancer Survivors (BCS) and their supporters.

These free sessions are 2 x per week through Tuesday April 27.
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm & Saturdays 9:30 - 10:30 am.
We encourage everyone to attend all the sessions, but feel free to attend all the sessions you can.
No equipment is necessary. All fitness levels welcome.
Saturdays will be strength training using body weight and household articles such as soup cans or water bottles to use as dumbbells, or weights.
Tuesdays will be cardio workouts.
Designed with a progressive approach, these workouts allow for all fitness and mobility levels.
These workouts are paid for by the Ontario Trillium Fund awarded to SNCC to introduce Dragon Boat to BCS and their supporters throughout the Niagara Region with the goal of Ontarians living more active lifestyles.
