u16 Plus youth racing program Details

Paddlers will move into this program on individual basis.  It includes all the components of the U16 program, and provides focus on the training aspect of sprint paddling, including additional physical and technical emphasis towards racing.  Paddlers will compete locally and provincially.  This program is for you if you’re ready to challenge yourself, work hard, and have fun! Please talk to your coach, together you will create your individual athlete development plan.
